Padahal, ia ingat betul ia tak pernah bermasalah saat menggunakan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">paylater <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">atau jasa keuangan digital lainnya. Rupanya, nomornya didaftarkan sebagai kontak dekat dari Rama, temannya semasa SMA yang sudah beberapa tahun ini tidak pernah saling berhubungan lagi. Rama, temannya itu, menggunakan jasa <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">paylater<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hingga terlilit utang sampai belasan juta rupiah. Rama tidak sanggup membayar tunggakannya, lalu ia kabur dan mengganti nomor telepon. Akhirnya, Agung yang kini terpaksa selalu menjawab pesan dari penagih utang <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">paylater <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">itu. Nahasnya lagi, meskipun Agung sudah berulang kali menjelaskan kepada si penagih utang tersebut bahwa ia dan Rama sudah tidak pernah berkomunikasi, ia tetap dikirimi pesan tiap bulannya, meminta untuk mengingatkan Rama agar Rama membayar utangnya. Agung hanya bisa bingung, sebab ia pun tak tahu bagaimana cara menghubungi Rama.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kisah yang dialami Agung dan Rama barangkali mewakili apa yang hari ini marak terjadi. Kemudahan mendaftarkan diri di layanan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">paylater<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> membuat kita menjadi mudah membeli sesuatu meskipun sedang tidak memiliki uang. Tujuan awalnya memudahkan, tetapi tak jarang, hal tersebut juga menyulitkan orang lain. Apalagi aplikasi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">paylater<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hampir tak pernah mengonfirmasi saat nomor seseorang dicantumkan sebagai kontak dekat atau darurat. Tahu-tahu, orang tersebut dapat pesan penagihan utang.
