Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan merupakan program perlindungan yang diselenggarakan pemerintah. Fungsinya sebagai instrumen proteksi pesertanya saat memasuki masa pensiun, mengalami cacat total, atau meninggal dunia. Jadi, pada dasarnya tujuan keberadaan JHT ini agar pesertanya tetap bisa produktif di masa tua atau saat memasuki usia pensiun.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perlu diingat juga, peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan tak hanya untuk kamu yang berstatus pekerja penerima upah atau karyawan di sebuah perusahaan saja, lho. Tapi, seseorang yang juga\u00a0 melakukan kegiatan usaha secara mandiri. Pada awal tahun ini, pemerintah sempat akan mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan No.2\/2022. Dalam aturan itu, pemerintah menetapkan bahwa manfaat jaminan hari tua baru bisa didapatkan saat peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan mencapai usia 56 tahun. Baik untuk peserta yang mencapai usia pensiun, mengundurkan diri, ataupun terkena pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK). Semuanya sama-sama baru bisa mencairkan dana JHT saat berusia 56 tahun.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namun, peraturan tersebut menuai kontroversi. Hingga Presiden Joko Widodo angkat bicara dan meminta syarat dan pembayaran JHT dibuat lebih mudah dan sederhana. Jika kita mengacu pada ketentuan tersebut, maka tidak perlu menunggu usia 56 tahun untuk mencairkan dana JHT.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kamu memiliki opsi untuk mencairkan seluruhnya (100%) atau sebagian dana yakni 10% atau 30%.
