Namun, seluruh akad tersebut mengutamakan prinsip tolong menolong di antara peserta asuransi. Berikut ini sejumlah akad yang dipakai dalam asuransi syariah:<\/span><\/p><p><b>Akad <i>Tabarru<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dalam akad <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tabarru<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, peserta asuransi akan memberikan hibah sebagai kontribusi. Dalam asuransi konvensional hal ini dikenal dengan istilah premi. Hibah tersebut kemudian akan dikelola oleh perusahaan asuransi untuk dipakai menolong peserta lainnya.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Akad <i>Tijarah<\/i>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melalui akad tijarah, perusahaan asuransi dapat menjalankan fungsi sebagai pengelola atau mudharib dana dari peserta. Salah satunya dengan menginvestasikan dana yang keuntungannya akan dibagikan kepada para peserta sebagai pemilik harta atau pemegang polis.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Akad <\/b><b><i>Wakalah Bil Ujrah<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wakalah bil ujrah adalah akan pemberian kuasa dari peserta kepada perusahaan asuransi untuk mengelola dana, dengan imbalan pemberian ujrah atau <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fee<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Asuransi Pendidikan Syariah<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dengan asuransi pendidikan syariah maka anak atau penerimah hibah akan mendapatkan dana pendidikan dengan jumlah yang telah disepakati sesuai dengan jenjang pendidikannya. Selain itu, ahli waris juga tetap mendapatkan dana pendidikan saat peserta asuransi meninggal dunia.<\/span><\/p><p><b>4.
