Padahal, belum lama ini kita baru merayakan momen Iduladha 1443 Hijriah yang identik dengan pemotongan daging kurban seperti kambing, sapi, domba, hingga kerbau. Hal ini berbeda dengan momen Hari Raya Idulfitri yang identik dengan kue lebaran. Maka itu, tak heran jika pada umumnya, banyak orang yang berbondong-bondong mengantri untuk mendapatkan daging kurban pada Hari Raya Iduladha dan mengolahnya menjadi berbagai hidangan makanan seperti sate, sop daging, tongseng, rendang, semur, dan lain-lain.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Penyakit hipertensi rawan kambuh jika mengonsumsi terlalu banyak daging dalam sekali waktu. Bisa begitu karena daging merah yang berasal dari kambing, sapi, dan hewan kurban lain mengandung tingkat lemak serta kolesterol tinggi dan memicu tekanan darah tinggi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namun, tenang saja, bukan berarti penderita darah tinggi atau hipertensi dilarang untuk makan daging sama sekali. Melansir Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (Kemenkes), hipertensi adalah penyakit yang bisa disebut tekanan darah tinggi, di mana adanya peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik hingga lebih dari 140 mmHG, dan tekanan darah diastolik yang meningkat lebih dari 90 mmHg. Tekanan darah normal harusnya berada di angka 120\/80 mmHg. Peningkatan ini dilihat dari dua kali pengukuran yang dilakukan pada selang waktu lima menit.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut data dari World Health Organization (WHO), diperkirakan ada 1,28 miliar orang dewasa berusia 30-79 tahun di seluruh dunia yang menderita hipertensi. Sebagian besar tinggal di negara berpenghasilan rendah dan menengah. Sedihnya, 46% di antaranya bahkan tidak menyadari kalau mereka memiliki kondisi tersebut.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Padahal, hipertensi berisiko menyebabkan penyakit lain seperti jantung, gagal ginjal, hingga<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ilovelife.co.id\/blog\/5-tips-cegah-stroke-dengan-stress-management-yang-tepat\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">penyakit stroke<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pada hipertensi primer, biasanya sulit untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab utama yang menyebabkan tekanan darah naik. Hipertensi jenis ini diderita oleh kebanyakan orang dewasa dan cenderung berkembang secara bertahap selama bertahun-tahun. Ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan seseorang mengalami hipertensi primer, salah satunya faktor genetik atau keturunan.
