oleh bank, meskipun gaji yang diterima setiap bulan terbilang cukup untuk bisa mengajukan KPR. Pasalnya, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuitan tersebut<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> juga menjelaskan bahwa hal itu terjadi akibat <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BI Checking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yang bermasalah.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rupanya, ketika skor atau riwayat keuangan yang tercatat dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BI Checking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kurang baik, hal ini akan memengaruhi penilaian bank atau lembaga keuangan lainnya yang memberikan jasa pinjaman untuk memberikan pinjaman mereka ke nasabah. Makanya, dengan gaji yang terbilang besar belum tentu pasti bisa mendapatkan pinjaman yang diinginkan.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apalagi mengingat angka debitur di Indonesia tergolong banyak, yaitu mencapai angka 2,94 juta debitur berdasarkan data dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Hal ini selaras dengan laporan OJK yang mengatakan jumlah permintaan informasi debitur (IDeb) meningkat hingga 14,43 juta pada Juli 2022.
