Gerakan-gerakan saat berolahraga akan merangsang keluarnya hormon antiinsulin yang salah satu fungsinya melepaskan gula darah, yang membuat kita tetap berenergi. Olahraga juga akan mengoptimalkan sirkulasi darah dan fungsi kelenjar getah bening, sehingga detoksifikasi dalam tubuh tetap berjalan lancar.<\/p><p>Aktivitas fisik juga mengubah lemak tubuh atau energi cadangan menjadi glukosa yang dapat mengusir kantuk, lemas dan malas. Tubuh yang melepas hormon endorfin saat berolahraga pun membuat kita bahagia dan bersemangat. Apalagi jika aktivitas Anda pada siang hari padat karena makin rendah cadangan gula, dan makin kecil porsi makanan saat sahur, maka akan semakin cepat gula darah turun. Jangan lupa untuk mencukupi kebutuhan cairan saat sahur.<\/p><p>Begitu pula asupan nutrisi setelah berolahraga, harus terpenuhi. Karbohidrat dan protein sangat baik untuk mengembalikan energi dan kinerja otot. Makanan-makan yang tidak melewati proses pemasakan, seperti buah-buahan segar atau kurma segar baik dikonsumsi begitu waktu berbuka puasa tiba. Kandungan vitamin dan serat pada buah membuat tubuh kita tetap berenergi dan terhindar dari malnutrisi.<\/p><p>Hentikan segera, jika saat berolahraga tiba-tiba mata Anda terasa gelap dan berkunang-kunang, bisa jadi gula darah Anda turun. Begitu juga jika urin tampak kuning pekat, bibir dan lidah kering, kelopak mata cekung.
