Individu yang tergolong\u00a0<em data-redactor-tag=\"em\">morning person<\/em>\u00a0adalah mereka yang suka bangun pagi hari dan merasa bersemangat untuk memulai aktivitas saat masih fajar. Sedangkan tipe burung hantu lebih senang tidur larut malam dan sulit bangun tidur di pagi hari.<\/p><p>Bila Anda termasuk dalam tipe burung hantu, Anda mungkin sering merasa kesulitan dan kurang bersemangat saat harus berangkat kerja.
