Besar iuran JHT sesuai aturan yang berlaku adalah 5,7% dari gaji pokok karyawan di mana sebesar 3,7% dibayarkan oleh perusahaan pemberi kerja dan sisanya dibayar sendiri oleh pekerja.<\/p><p>Adapun iuran pensiun adalah sebesar 3% dari gaji pokok di mana 2% dibayarkan oleh perusahaan pemberi kerja dan 1% dibayar oleh pekerja. Aturan itu berlaku untuk semua tingkat karyawan dari mulai<em>\u00a0office boy\u00a0<\/em>hingga level direksi.<\/p><p>Selain dua program pensiun tersebut, karyawan biasanya juga diikutsertakan oleh perusahaan ke program Dana Pensiun Lembaga Keuangan (DPLK).<\/p><p>Bagaimana dengan pekerja mandiri? Berbeda dengan karyawan yang menikmati tunjangan pensiun dari pemberi kerja, para pekerja\u00a0<em>freelance<\/em>\u00a0tidak memiliki keuntungan seperti itu. Jadi, bekal pensiun dari pemberi kerja bisa dibilang tidak ada. Pekerja mandiri sedari awal sudah harus berinisiatif membangun dana pensiun sendiri.
