Nyeri akibat cedera ini dirasakan di bagian depan lutut. Akibat cedera ini, seseorang akan merasakan nyeri saat naik tangga atau joging menanjak.<\/p><p>Kenapa lari menimbulkan risiko masalah pada tempurung lutut?
