fleksibel. Begitu juga membuka usaha sendiri, baik usaha rintisan (<em>startup<\/em>) maupun wiraswasta konvensional. Pendapatan yang lebih besar dari bekerja kantoran sangat mungkin didapat, tentu saja, selama memang punya keahlian, keunggulan, kesungguhan, komitmen, dan jejaring akses yang luas.\u00a0\u00a0Lantas bagaimana dengan investasi sebagai penunjang finansial bagi para\u00a0<em>freelancer<\/em>?<\/p><p>Namun, fleksibilitas juga terkadang tipis bedanya dengan ketidakpastian, yang itu berpengaruh pula ke pendapatan. Bukan hal mengherankan bila pekerja lepas atau\u00a0<em>entrepreneur<\/em>\u00a0sangat sibuk dan punya uang banyak pada satu waktu tetapi di lain waktu sepi order dan kantong tiris. Belum lagi, tak seperti karyawan dan pekerja kantoran, jalan penghidupan ini belum tentu pula menyediakan paket\u00a0<em>benefit\u00a0<\/em>seperti tunjangan dan asuransi jiwa atau kesehatan.<\/p><p>Padahal, ada risiko yang membayangi siapa pun. Malang melintang sejak 2005, Adhi mengakui perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan ibarat urat nadi kelangsungan hidup para entrepreneur.<\/p><p>\u201cKadang, bahkan ada pekerjaan banyak dan sudah selesai tapi uang tak ada karena belum jatuh tempo waktu pembayaran,\u201d ungkap Adhi, tentang tantangan keuangan tersulit yang dihadapi selama ini.<\/p><p>Adhi bertutur pula, ketika pembayaran sudah diterima, nominal yang didapat memang menggiurkan.
