Ini tips diet sehat jalan terus saat liburan.<\/p>\n<p>Awali pagi di liburan Anda dengan berolahraga. Saat menginap di hotel sebaiknya manfaatkan fasilitas olahraga seperti kolam renang atau pusat kebugaran. Anda bisa berenang atau <em data-redactor-tag=\"em\">treadmill <\/em>sekitar 30 menit sebelum memulai berpetualangan. Tidak adanya fasilitas olahraga, Anda masih bisa olahraga ringan seperi <em data-redactor-tag=\"em\">jogging <\/em>di pelataran penginapan. Olahraga tidak hanya menjaga diet Anda, melainkan juga menjaga stamina badan agar tidak cepat lelah selama liburan.<\/p>\n<p>Serunya liburan dapat diisi dengan kegiatan fisik seperti menyelam, arung jeram menyusuri sungai, berkuda di perkebunan, dan lainnya. Keseruan lainnya bisa datang dari destinasi yang menambah pengetahuan seperti wisata museum, wisata upacara adat, hingga wisata religi. Padatnya kegiatan ini bisa mengalihkan pikiran dari makanan. Sarapan tetap wajib hukumnya saat liburan. Dengan disiplin makan sesuai waktunya, porsi makan justru tetap terjaga. Saat tidur, terjadi regenerasi sel-sel tubuh. Selain itu, tidur yang cukup bisa menjauhkan tubuh dari penyakit. Tidak cukup waktu untuk tidur malam?. Bukan masalah, selama Anda bisa curi-curi waktu di siang maupun sore hari untuk tidur sebentar namun berkualitas (<em data-redactor-tag=\"em\">deep sleep<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Terakhir, berpikir positif dan rileks selama liburan pun menjadi hal penting dalam menjaga diet.
